Cortland Construction Inc. (CCI) was founded by Cory Benson. CCI is a general contracting firm who acts as a primary contractor as well as a subcontractor. CCI is a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) certified renovation firm meeting EPA's standards to perform renovation activities involving lead-based paint. Contractors must use lead-safe work practices and follow procedures: to contain, minimize, and clean the dust.
